Key Movements: Single-arm dead-stop cleans, advanced windmills, and endurance-based carry combos
Progression: Week 5 introduces new skills, Week 6 refines control by emphasizing kettlebell-free windmills
Bonus: Optional 20-minute walks to boost recovery and keep your body moving
Goal: Finish strong with enhanced strength, control, and endurance
