HOW THE 10 WEEKS ARE STRUCTURED
PRE-ARMOR WEEK June 29th
Get set up in the app, dial in your calories and macros, learn your food list, and take your starting progress photos. No lifting yet — just building the foundation before Week 1 starts.
PHASE 1 FOUNDATION
Weeks 1 & 2 · July 6th–19th
Learn the movements. Build the habits. Get your nutrition dialed in. Three full body lifting days per week, two mobility sessions, and an optional finisher each lift day.
PHASE 2 PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION
Weeks 3–5 · July 20th–August 9th
The work gets harder and the habits get tighter. This is the phase where most people quit other programs and where this one is designed to keep you moving. Consistency beats motivation every single time.
PHASE 3 THE FINAL ARMOR
Weeks 6–8 · August 10th–30th
This is where it comes together. You have built the foundation and the habit now you finish. Push the intensity, trust the process, and close out stronger and leaner than you started.
