How to Find Your Workouts
Once you join, all your workouts unlock instantly inside the Trainerize app.
Open the app and look for the kettlebell icon — that’s where you’ll find Coach Pat’s Fitness Camp.
From there, choose your program (Dumbbell Camp, Kettlebell Burn, or Just Go 12 Days) and start training.
New programs will be added regularly, and you’ll get access to them automatically as long as you’re a member.
