How to Find Your Workouts

Once you join, all your workouts unlock instantly inside the Trainerize app.

  • Open the app and look for the kettlebell icon — that’s where you’ll find Coach Pat’s Fitness Camp.

  • From there, choose your program (Dumbbell Camp, Kettlebell Burn, or Just Go 12 Days) and start training.

  • New programs will be added regularly, and you’ll get access to them automatically as long as you’re a member.
