The process starts with an application followed by a 30-minute video consultation to ensure we are a suitable match.

This is a 100% custom, goal-crushing plan from me to you.

I specialize in body fat loss, weight loss and increase sports performance.

Online personal training includes:

- One monthly video call for 30 minutes

- Nutrition habits tailored to your goals

- Daily/weekly accountability checks

- Mindset habit development

- Progress tracking

- Personalized workouts based on your goals and assessments

You can contact me anytime through the messenger system within my app.

I will guide you towards achieving your goals step by step. Ultimately, the commitment is yours.

All transactions, video meetings, workouts, habit tracking, and progress will be conducted within my app.

A three-month commitment is required, followed by a month-to-month agreement.

A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.

In-Person Personal Training

This is a 100% custom, goal-crushing workouts from me to you. I specialize in:

-weight loss

-decreased body fat

- sports performance

-movement patterns to help with everyday actives

You will be in better shape form our first session.

I offer :

45 min $60

60 min $75

All payments will be billed weekly through my app.

There is a 3 month commitment and then, after that it will be month to month.

I do require a 30-day cancellation written notice.
