I’m in this to help people improve health and fitness
I have been a personal trainer for one-on-one sessions and small & large groups for since 2013. After starting my studies at Heritage College, I began coaching under Mike Boyle’s strength and conditioning program. Since then, I have helped many people improve nutrition habits, fitness habits. This leads to lifestyle changes so many have decreased weight, decreased body fat and made their health a priority.
You might find me running, lifting or playing the air drums to heavy metal. I’ve been known to yell, “Faster!” or “How bad do you want this?” to strangers or even to myself. I live with my beautiful wife, Michelle Burkett, and our fur babies Chase, Eva and Lucy.
